AC2 Wave Reviews & Provider Details

AC2 WAVE is a cloud-native, SaaS Warehouse Management System (WMS) and warehouse management software built for warehouse and third-party logistics (3PL) operations across the Asia-Pacific region, with a presence spanning Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, the Philippines, and Taiwan. The company operates through regional entities including AC2 WAVE SDN BHD in Malaysia and AC2 WAVE PTE LTD in Singapore, backed by over 25 years of supply chain technology experience at the leadership level. Unlike legacy warehouse management systems that were re-hosted onto cloud servers after being originally built for on-premise deployment, AC2 WAVE is architected natively for the cloud: multi-tenant, continuously updated, and built to scale without the disruptive, big-bang upgrade cycles that older WMS platforms require. Updates ship on an ongoing basis rather than through periodic major-version releases. One area where AC2 WAVE differentiates is its ability to run business-to-business (B2B) distribution and ecommerce or marketplace order fulfilment out of the same warehouse facility and the same inventory pool, rather than requiring separate systems or physically separated operations for each channel. This matters for warehouse and 3PL operators serving clients who sell through multiple channels at once, direct B2B accounts alongside marketplaces, and need a single, accurate view of inventory across both. AC2 WAVE takes an AI-forward approach to platform development, building AI capabilities into the core product roadmap rather than treating them as a bolted-on feature. AC2 WAVE serves warehouse operators and 3PL companies across the APAC region looking for a modern, cloud-native alternative to ERP-bundled inventory modules and legacy on-premise warehouse systems.
