The automatic Entra ID user syncing, real-time Outlook calendar updates, and the calendar overview that lets you see exactly who is out across different departments at a single glance are massive time-savers. While the interface is incredibly clean for daily use, the reporting engine could be slightly more robust for deep HR auditing. Additionally, the admin settings can feel a bit restrictive when dealing with mid-month pro-rata calculations or setting up strict carry-over expiry rules. I find the clarity of Absentify great. You can see at a glance who is in the office and who is not. The vacation and sick leave planning is very well implemented in Teams. I have found that integration with Microsoft 365 has been useful for our team in using Absentify. The employees also embrace the use of the personal calendar to make requests for their time off; while the auto updates from the profiles ensures accurate information. Absentify cannot integrate into other platforms in the same fluid way that we use them. For instance, we need to manually key in information from Absentify to our payroll system, which not only increases the workload but also exposes our data to errors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
