I have been using A2 Hosting’s reseller account and VPS hosting services. I am very happy with both services. I was using different other providers before and was having lots of issues like downtime, virus attack, mail blacklisting etc. After changing to A2, all my issues were resolved. 1 star is too many. For the last 6 interactions with A2 support (they average 1 per month) I needed to interact (not just open a ticket) with them 5 times on average to get the problem resolved. A2 has once again farmed out their support overseas. Prima facia that's not terrible but the people doing their support have no experience and have no capacity to understand customer needs. To make matters worse they thrust problems upon their customers my migrating hosting accounts to new servers with no training and experience.
