I can use Mendeley Desktop for citation management. Mendeley Reference Manager, Mendeley Web Importer, helps with citation and referencing. The best about Mendeley is it is easy to use. There is nothing that doesn't work well from my point of view. I think everything is okay. The user interface can be better. Besides, institutional access should be included in the software. Since March 2021, the mobile versions of the app (Android, iPhone, and iPadOS) have been removed, leaving only web access, which allows reading but does not work as well as the apps.

Since September 2022, the "Desktop" version of the app has been discontinued, not allowing downloads from the official site. Compared to the "Reference Manager" version, the versions are quite similar. The main advantages of the "Reference Manager" version are automatic cloud synchronization and a more modern and beautiful interface. However, this version still presents some issues such as: the keyword search tool does not work very well (sometimes I need to open Mendeley Desktop to locate a specific keyword); it no longer has the PDF organizer (an option from the Desktop version that allowed saving all PDFs added to the program in a specific folder, saving the files according to criteria such as author, year, journal, among others).
