Onboarding was very helpful and took less than a week. Their POS is super easy to use even for new budtenders. I was talking to Alex at tech support and he is always helpful. Sometimes we have to wait a day or to for something to get fixed but it never anything major. Also compared to other systems we used, IO never was slow for us when we were getting busy. I'm sure things have changed over the years, but I remember it being pretty intuitive and easy to pick up for a newbie. **What do you dislike about IndicaOnline?** When I had IO, I ran into multiple issues. The main one: it stopped tracking our inventory correctly. On multiple occasions we'd sell a product (let's say an 8th), but that 8th wouldn't be removed from inventory. I spent hours on the phone trying to get these resolved for our monthly reports (pre-metrc) to be accurate. Again, this was a few years ago but it left a bad taste. **What problems is IndicaOnline solving and how is that benefiting you?** When we had them, it did help keep up with most of our inventory. When we used them, I also think they had a pretty intuitive discount system. With a lot of POS software, the discounts can get convoluted if you're not careful but IO kept it nice and tidy. ### 13. The Weedmaps and Leafly integrations are also nice but I think the best part is they offer a free e-commerce platform for online ordering. This has been extremely helpful during Covid as we've seen a big increase in online orders for curbside pickup and delivery. I think their delivery software is some of the best out there. We got rid of our Onfleet account when we realized IndicaOnline had everything we needed for delivery. The interface is super easy to use and they're always coming out with new features. **What do you dislike about IndicaOnline?** I think my only complaint would be that it sometimes takes a while to get in touch with support, but this has been better in the past couple of months. I think they hired more people for support agents. **Recommendations to others considering IndicaOnline:** I would say to schedule a demo first to see how the software works. They have an Customer Success team that helps with onboarding and setting up all the features like taxes, discounts, loyalty, inventory, CRM etc. Take advantage of those training sessions! Also support seems to be more responsive in the early AM or late afternoon. **What problems is IndicaOnline solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our main issue was being able to fulfill online orders. Our previous system made us do double entry, but IndicaOnline has been seamless so far. The delivery functionality is unrivaled and we've saved a ton by getting rid of Onfleet. Also we've had minimal issues with compliance reporting since implementing IndicaOnline.
