We have many open support tickets and each new version introduces worse bugs. Turnaround time to fix bugs (for us) has been over 6 months. We have 6 open tickets going back 3 years for easily reproduceable bad bugs and each ticket is showing "under investigation". Product is now falling behind their competitors. We have been using the product for about 15 years, but I could no longer recommend this product for anyone starting to look for a charting package. **What problems is FusionCharts solving and how is that benefiting you?** Displays visual graphs well. ### 2. I like the option to include a list of several choices for transferring maps to various multiple formats with only a few code lines. **What do you dislike about FusionCharts?** I think the performance of the on-line documents is unclear. We went the route of D3 / NVD3 / custom libraries, but the process was always time-consuming and expensive. FusionCharts is a much more cost-effective and efficient solution that also produces very good results. **What do you dislike about FusionCharts?** There are a few chart types that are not available, and a few limitations in terms of chart features not working with certain chart types. We licensed the source code, but that actually doesn't seem to have provided us with the flexibility we were hoping for. **What problems is FusionCharts solving and how is that benefiting you?** We're a university research project, which means funds are always limited, but interesting research topics to write about (and visualize) are not. I highly recommend FusionCharts. **What do you dislike about FusionCharts?** The only negative that I can say about my FusionCharts licensing is that you don't get all of their options with a single license. Approaching the demise of Flash we purchased a license for the new HTML5 library and not being involved directly in the development work, the transition was smooth and turned out to be a lot quicker than first estimated. **What do you dislike about FusionCharts?** Nothing much to dislike... Sure there are lower priced and even free libraries out there, whose features would probably have been more than sufficient for our limited use, but the work involved in switching out the old library for something completely new would have easily cost much more than this license.
