It saves a lot of time as it doesn't pop up to sign up. It is very handy as it almost has all types of important file types like .doc, .pdf, .JPEG, .xlsx, etc. I often also use the in built editor to change colour of the files or pdfs and it doesn't disappoint. It can convert a PDF to any Microsoft Office format (e.g. Word, Excel, Power point). This is handy when a client sends a PDF and you need to edit it. Another useful tool is the compression tool which allows you to shrink a PDF. There are also tools to convert any Microsoft Office document into a PDF and to convert a PDF into images. These tools aren't as useful for me as most of the Office applications allow you to do this anyway, but it is nice to have all these tools in one application. Although I only use it for Microsoft Office products, you can use it to convert PDFs into Apple documents as well, such as Pages, Numbers and Keynote, although I have not used these functions. **What do you dislike about CleverPDF?** For more complicated PDF documents the conversion process from PDF into Microsoft Word isn't ideal.
