**What do you like best about 500apps?**

Our business has benefited from 500apps' ability to keep track of everything that is relevant. From managing customers and leads to keeping track of our customers. As a result, we have been able to streamline a lot of our company's processes and find new and meaningful ways to improve them both in time and cost. We were unsure about how to do specific HR processes - but it made these things much easier for us and helped us keep all our challenges in sight rather than feeling overwhelmed.

**What do you dislike about 500apps?**

My only complaint is that sometimes the apps lag and the UX/UI of the apps can be improved. Apart from that, everything works well.

**What problems is 500apps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

An excellent value for money. The idea of having access to all 500Apps for one low price is super appealing and offers excellent value for money. A single platform for all the apps a business needs

**What do you like best about 500apps?**

First of all, what I like about this suite is its pricing. $14.99 per month for all their apps. As of this writing, they have 48 apps in their options that were made to help your business grow, and they also have an option where you can suggest an app that they don’t have, so I am sure there will be more in the future. It is also nice that all those apps can be managed within the suite. You are already logged in to all the apps once you log in to 500app. They also have a weekly live seminar which you can also register for within the app so you can understand how all these apps work.

**What do you dislike about 500apps?**

I know that their price is already very cheap, but I think they also should have other pricing options. They can have pricing for each category. There may be some users that only need certain apps and I think they are more willing to pay if they pay only for those they need and not for all the apps they are not using. As of now, aside from their pricing option, I really can’t think of any cons for this suite.

**What problems is 500apps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It offers different apps that you can use to manage your business or project. You don't have to login to different accounts to access those apps. Integration of different apps is very easy.

**What do you like best about 500apps?**

Nothing , their feature apps could be easily find in the free edition of any other app

**What do you dislike about 500apps?**

The best way to describe 500apps is "Jack of all trades, master of none." After the onboarding session, you realize that all their apps have very basic features, which you can find in the free edition of any other SAAS app. Don't waste your time and money; they won't refund you after the onboarding session, where you realize that their app is garbage, probably because it's their only income. Their Sister company Agile CRM is the same thing, most of the features don't even work, and you get this error "not in service now". Stay away from these two companies, Agile CRM & 500apps. Trust me.

**What do you like best about 500apps?**

NinjaChat is one of the best chat softwares available on 500apps. Every level of our sales can easily be tracked. In terms of business efficiency, it is a handy tool. Additionally, it can be used to generate, create, and manage leads. It is user-friendly software.

**What do you dislike about 500apps?**

It is time for NinjaChat to add some more features to its software. In addition, their interface needs to be changed. Occasionally, my team members and I do not receive notifications on time from this software.

**What problems is 500apps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using NinjaChat allows us to connect easily with our clients and other members of the team. In addition, it helps solve CRM problems. As far as business is concerned, it's a valuable tool.

**What do you like best about 500apps?**

An excellent all-in-one platform. I like how easy it is to learn and use and how many plugins and integrations it offers. This system is easy to set up, offers good support when needed, and does what it is supposed to do. My experience with it as a project management software and task automation platform has been better and more efficient than others.

**What do you dislike about 500apps?**

The email app sometimes fails to send emails due to recurrent bugs that need constant updates. Apart from that, the apps work smoothly and helped me save a lot of time

**What problems is 500apps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is convenient for me to keep track of all records in one location, to see what my colleagues are doing, and to let them know what I am doing. Through very convenient accelerators, I can send messages to clients quickly and easily. As well as tracking my task, I can do so very comfortably.

**What do you like best about 500apps?**

500Apps offers an integrated solution for running businesses, with a wide variety of apps such as Projectsly, CRM.io, BPMapp, Schedule.cc, etc that assist in managing projects and ensuring effective communication. As a result, I am able to handle large amounts of data and that helps us market our business. Additionally, the product pricing structure allows you to manage your budget since you pay only for users you actually need.

**What do you dislike about 500apps?**

It hasn't been a problem for me yet. However, the cost of any purchase influences the decision. Although I believe this is not an expensive product, I would like to see a free version.

**What problems is 500apps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The HR suite helps us manage employee attendance, and Projectsly and BPMapp allow us to manage multiple projects running at once. Collaboration among teams is made easier with Teams.cc. CRM.io automates a variety of business tasks, saving us time and providing a better customer experience.

**What do you like best about 500apps?**

Honestly, where do I start? You can access around 40 enterprise-level applications for just $14.99. I wanted to switch to Projectsly and Finder.io and found that for the same cost, I could get ALL the apps from 500apps. There is a super-powerful CRM.io, a website builder, an email marketing tool, social media management, live chat, a help desk, website personalization, an HR Suite, an app integration tool, and the best ticket generator I have ever seen. So good.

**What do you dislike about 500apps?**

There is nothing such great dislike for the product, but sometimes I feel bad when while working sometimes it lags for a bit. Apart from that I don't have any problem as they have the best support team to assist me while having problems.

**What problems is 500apps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

500apps offers the best value out there. Thanks to its integration with other apps and ability to play well with other ones, it has completely transformed how I do work.

It was packed with features that addressed every need an organization could have. A wide variety of management functions are available, including human resource management, product management, time management, knowledge management, and client management. Displays all tasks and billables on a project-based dashboard. 500apps have it all in one package.

**What do you dislike about 500apps?**

There are some features that a business or individual will not need because it has so many, but you would have to pay for access to the entire suite, which is relatively expensive.

**What problems is 500apps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Initially, I found the task of adapting to different apps quite confusing and difficult to manage. However, as time went on and I familiarized myself more with the process, I was able to use the time tracking feature to better understand my productivity. This allowed me to see which areas I was spending too much time on and how I could improve going forward.

It is a great platform where I can manage everything regarding my business and customers. From task management to inventory management and customer service to reporting, 500apps has it all.

So far, so good, but it takes a little while for the mailing system to respond; otherwise, everything is excellent.

500Apps basically solved many problems of mine regarding managing inventory from different vendors, billing of customers, sending emails to customers, and managing help desks for customers. I can manage mt whole business with 500apps because it provides all the tools I need

I like the ease of use, setup, and the enthusiastic customer support team via chat or phone. With a trial period, you can thoroughly test whether the applications fit your business's needs or not. 500apps has the feature of integrating all apps internally in one platform.

**What do you dislike about 500apps?**

To customise as per brand, a bit of IT knowledge (HTML, CSS code) is required, but this is minor. As far as I can tell, there is nothing to dislike. It's great to have an easy-to-use platform.

**What problems is 500apps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a problem of communication between our Sales and Marketing team which, "Teams.cc" addressed perfectly. We can now share files, text and video calls with our other colleagues without interruptions.

Its intuitive interface and many integrations make it easy to build quality relationships with clients and customers. We need to use 500apps to manage all of our clients and potential clients. In addition to storing the clients' contact information, email history, phone number, and details about the last time I contacted them, it helped immensely.

**What do you dislike about 500apps?**

Honestly, I liked almost every feature of 500apps since it was my first CRM  and project management tools. As I started using the application, I found it to be somewhat unfriendly when it came to user interface.

**What problems is 500apps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using 500apps, I can manage my clients from first contact to sale. Therefore, 500apps contributes significantly to my productivity and efficiency.

**What do you like best about 500apps?**

500apps allows companies to access all 50 apps of 500apps, making it an exceptional value if using more than one (ex. Projectsly, CRM.io, Teams.cc, etc.). A monthly subscription costs $14.99 per user and is considered one of the best options for businesses. Apart from that the customer/technical support team is the most effective. They not only fix the problem in time but also take my feedback for any necessary changes to the app and update me when they are completed. Seriously loved the team.

UX/UI can be better
500apps doesn't have a centralized dashboard for all the apps.

**What problems is 500apps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We support ALL our clients using 500apps. We may use one or more 500apps applications for one client depending on how we are supporting them. The pricing of 500apps is a real savior at this point, as it helps us to save a lot on investment.

**What do you like best about 500apps?**

What I like the most is that you can have integrated different tools, both for productivity, marketing, and sales, and you can manage different tools that help you with online sales, such as the website developer or SEO optimization through the Ninja SEO application. Additionally, you can create multiple messaging channels to talk with the team and it has a multitude of integrations with other applications.

**What do you dislike about 500apps?**

The truth is that it is a very complete suite of applications, although I see it more for freelancers or small businesses rather than large companies.

Having centralized in the same SUITE the vast majority of tools that can be used in a business, sales tools, marketing, communication among others. It is a very complete Suite.

They have some good applications and the part I'm using is the zapper clone that is much less than zappers offering

Some of the apps are very confusing like their website builder and their bot. Still cannot figure those out

**What do you like best about 500apps?**

It's cheap, any startup can use it if you do not have enough money to use the "big players"

**What do you dislike about 500apps?**

Itself is a startup. It's still full of bugs. I wouldn't use it in "production". The tools offered in 500apps are not really interconnected. Each of itself could be its own tiny product (they are showing in that way). The UI is not very user-friendly. The translation is horrible.

**What problems is 500apps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

500apps tries to fill the gap that ArgileCRM has created (500apps is part of AgileCRM). The only benefit is that you don't have to pay much money, but I think you are not able to do so in the current state of it.
