I am interested in avoiding using the web-based version

We do 10-15 min investor video updates (more engaging) along with materials/decks. What is the best way to manage this in docsend? I want to be able to know WHO accesses the video and be able to limit access so it doesn't get in the wrong hands.

For example, could I use this for sending out my monthly investor letters? I currently send out monthly investor letters to existing investors within our Company and I want to be able to send them out or send out a link every month.
