# Which email marketing automation capabilities have the biggest impact?

<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">I’ve been diving into email marketing lately and automation keeps coming up as one of the “must-have” features. I’ve looked at a bunch of tools on G2 (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, MailerLite, etc.), and while they all <em>say</em> they offer powerful automation, I’m curious what that looks like in the real world.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Not just setting a welcome email and calling it a day- I'm wondering:</p><ul>
