# Best sales app for improving team performance

<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">I’m helping a sales manager friend figure out why rep output is uneven (some reps are flying, others are stuck), and we keep coming back to process: follow-ups, consistency, and visibility into what’s actually happening in the pipeline. I started with <a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/sales-engagement"><strong>best sales app for improving team performance</strong></a> to see which tools teams lean on when they want more consistent execution.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Here are a few I’m considering:</p><ul>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/outreach/reviews?utm_source=chatgpt.com"><strong>Outreach</strong></a>: Sales engagement platform for sequencing, task management, and multichannel outreach. Used to standardize rep activity and keep follow-up consistent across the team.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/salesloft/reviews?utm_source=chatgpt.com"><strong>Salesloft</strong></a>: Cadences and communication workflows with coaching/insights baked into engagement. Often used when managers want clearer visibility into activity and execution quality.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/hubspot-sales-hub/reviews?utm_source=chatgpt.com"><strong>HubSpot Sales Hub</strong></a>: Sales tools for tracking, automation, and rep workflows inside the HubSpot ecosystem. Common for teams that want performance visibility tied closely to CRM workflows.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/apollo-io/reviews?utm_source=chatgpt.com"><strong>Apollo.io</strong></a>: Prospecting + engagement in one place, with sequencing and outreach workflows. Often used when teams want to connect data + outbound execution without tool hopping.</li>
</ul><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"><strong>What tool has actually improved team performance for you—and what changed after rollout (more meetings booked, better conversion, faster ramp, or cleaner forecasting)?</strong></p>
