# Most recommended sales software for small business

<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">I’m comparing options for a small team that wants to be more consistent with follow-up, without taking on a big implementation project. I’m using <a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/discussions/sales-engagement-best-rated-sales-engagement-platform-for-large-enterprises"><strong>most recommended sales software for small business</strong></a> as a starting point and filtering for tools that SMBs can actually deploy and keep running.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Here are a few I’m considering:</p><ul>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/apollo-io/reviews?utm_source=chatgpt.com"><strong>Apollo.io</strong></a>: Prospecting database + sequencing for outbound in one workflow. Helpful for small teams that want fewer tools and faster pipeline creation.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/reply/reviews?utm_source=chatgpt.com"><strong>Reply</strong></a>: Sales engagement platform for multichannel outreach and automation. Often used by lean teams that want structured sequences without heavy admin.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/vendasta-yesware/reviews?utm_source=chatgpt.com"><strong>Vendasta Yesware</strong></a>: Email productivity tool with tracking, templates, and scheduling. Useful when the team mostly needs better email execution inside their inbox.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/hubspot-sales-hub/reviews?utm_source=chatgpt.com"><strong>HubSpot Sales Hub</strong></a>: Sales engagement and automation tied directly into HubSpot CRM workflows. Works well when a small team wants sales execution + reporting in one place.</li>
</ul><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"><strong>If you’re a small business, what sales tool gave you the best bang for the buck—and what did you end up using every day versus ignoring?</strong></p>
