The Role of Artificial Intelligence in Accounting
Accounting is one of the most important, yet daunting and expensive departments in almost all companies.
Accountants oversee all financial operations of a business to help it run smoothly and efficiently. These include preparing and analyzing financial statements (e.g., cash flow, income statement, balance sheet), paying taxes on time, and maintaining the companies’ general ledger (GL). All these tasks require a great deal of human interaction that takes time and money; no matter how careful an employee may be, there is always the chance for human error, which could snowball and lead to devastating financial results in the future.

How to Stay Organized When Closing Books Remotely
Almost any public or private business with an accounting and finance department performs a month, quarter, and year-end close, which is a series of steps to review, record, and reconcile accounting information.
For this blog, I’m going to refer to only month-end close for consistency and simplicity.

Question on: ClickUp
Who uses ClickUp?
Who uses ClickUp?
All the companies that manage the projects are mainly the IT, Strategy, and Consulting related organizations.
We use it too, one of the best tools for task management
used by project managers, teams, freelancers, startups, and enterprises across industries for task management, collaboration, communication, streamlining, alignment between multiple teams etc
I’m an Online Business Manager with a small team of freelancers. We use CU across the board with all our clients. One login and we each have access to every project and task. I personally use it to keep my own business and personal/family projects organized. I’m even thinking of introducing it to my kids to help them breakdown their school projects as they’re becoming more involved especially the grade 8 preparing for high school next year.
CU also helps my ADHD brain stay on task as it chunks the work into smaller more manageable pieces and steps
Anybody who runs business, managers projects, looking to build no-code solutions with databases to solve problems, and even organize your personal and household tasks!
Any business looking to improve their internal communication, task creation and tracking, and consolidate digital tools.

Small and midsize business owners who want to stay organized.
I personally have used it while working with a post-secondary school, real estate agents, small businesses, and ministries.

Question on: monday AI Work Platform
Is it possible for you to have your own CRM on Monday?
?
Monday is a task and project management tool which is very agile and technically you can make a CRM out of it. At our company we didn't as we have Salesforce. We use if for task management only, at the moment.
Hey there!
monday.com can absolutely be used as a CRM to manage both your sales pipeline and client database. Each item can be a lead/client and using different columns, you can add any important information. You can group your boards based on the different phases or you can do this using status labels.
Check out this article which might be helpful: https://support.monday.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005311909-monday-com-as-a-CRM?abcb=89539
You can also contact support@monday.com for more details on how to get setup!:)
I wouldn’t recommend Monday.com for that requirement. The mission of Monday is to help you to better organize your tasks among your team. You can find many CRM on the market.
Yes, it's absolutely possible. We use monday.com exactly also as a CRM to manage our clients, sales statuses, negotiations, contacts, updates etc.
Yes, each item on the dashboard or each deal in the pipeline can be assigned to a person who owns or works in this lead. You can work on the leads assigned to you which is having your own crm. In your dashboard you can customize it the way you want it to, it can be on the deals you manage and their status or numbers.
