It is extremely helpful when articles require steps to be numbered and allows users to easily add steps as needed (beginning, middle, end) and will renumber all of the steps in the article as needed. This along with their checklist and workflow features allow for the easiest setup and use of a highly informational knowledge base with less possibility for human error in sequential numbering etc.
