Screensteps provides easy-to-use templates for creating efficient help and support knowledgebase articles. It is extremely helpful when articles require steps to be numbered and allows users to easily add steps as needed (beginning, middle, end) and will renumber all of the steps in the article as needed. This along with their checklist and workflow features allow for the easiest setup and use of a highly informational knowledge base with less possibility for human error in sequential numbering etc.

Screensteps is my go-to app for all the documentation I create. Adding screenshots to step-by-step narrative gives the visual while also teaching the steps.
