10 Software Categories in High Demand to Support Remote Work
Throughout my time at G2, traffic patterns on G2.com category pages have been one of the most significant data points to monitor. Time and again, the changes in those patterns have proven a good indicator of emerging trends and a strong reflection of change in software markets. The current global crisis caused by COVID-19 is, unsurprisingly, creating a large shift to tools that support remote work.

Question on: GetResponse
What is GetResponse used for? What is GetResponse used for?

Established in 1998, GetResponse is an email marketing platform that helps you collect email leads.
Over the years, GetResponse has evolved to become an all-in-one tool that allows you to create an online business within minutes.
It now comes with an AI-powered page builder, a sales funnel, and, of course, an autoresponder to collect email leads.
That means you can create a professional-looking website within minutes.
One of the problems that I face as an affiliate marketer is how to get buyer traffic.
I can either create more content and optimize it with the best SEO practices or run paid ads.
Interestingly, I only discovered this new "paid ad" feature in GetResponse recently when I did a review of it on my YouTube channel.
We can actually create Facebook and Google ads within the GetResponse platform.
The best part is that GetResponse offers a free, forever account that you can use to kickstart your online business immediately.
And within the first 30 days of your free account creation, you will get access to all its premium features.
If you choose not to upgrade to the paid plan after 30 days, it is alright because the free account is more than enough for a new affiliate marketer.
However, as your business expands, you will definitely want to go for one of their paid plans.
If there is a reason why I would choose GetResponse over other autoresponders, it's its 24/7 chat support.
If you encounter any difficulty, and I am sure you will, especially if you are a complete beginner, the 24/7 chat support has your back.
I hope it helps, and I wish you great success.
Cheers,
David Tan

OK for the design part (landing pages, email).
No, if you need to manage a large mailing list, this tool is no good. It will create a lot of headaches when you need to import your backups from a previous tool. if an email addresses you are trying to import is blocked at the system level by GetResponse you won't be able to import your entire CVS file. And GetResponse will not let you know which email(s) is/are blocked. They will offer you to do the import manually. OK fine but limited at 50x contacts per day. Magnificient when you have to upload a list of 5000 names.
My advice do not waste time with them.

Question on: Zoom Events and Webinars
What is Zoom Video Webinar? What is Zoom Video Webinar?
A Webinar is a meeting format that allows for multiple participants and panelists. Most importantly, it lets you distinguish between panelists (people who can see share stuff and control their own audio/video) and attendees (those who have to be granted audio permissions and have no video) with each type of meeting-goer having different permissions. Webinars are different than "meetings," where all attendees have the same audio/video privileges.
