You can use the interactive recordings to do really cool stuff! The recordings playback almost the same as a live session, so people can still download files, click-through powerpoints, copy and paste from the recording, click on weblinks in the recording, take a quiz in the recording, ect. You can also use the whiteboard tool to annotate over any content including mp3's or mp4's. You can add interactive content, play videos, put in games for people to play, ect :)
