The App should never fail. If you are having issues with the App I would try uninstalling it and then re-installing it (this is the website to re-download: https://helpx.adobe.com/adobe-connect/connect-downloads-updates.html). You should also make sure you are using a good internet connection (test here: https://helpx.adobe.com/adobe-connect/using/connection-test-connect-meeting.html). Lastly, make sure you are not on a VPN since it scrambled the IP Address and can cause issues with the Connect :). My Spanish is not great, so hopefully, you can translate this :).

If you click on 'Actions' and then 'Invite' (Found to the right of your event) you can copy and paste as many email address as you would like to the event. We use a 'Calendly' to schedule our webinars, and calendly will send out reminders to registrants automatically when you want. You can set up registration and automated reminders right through ClickMeeting if you want by going to your "Account Settings' found in the dropdown menu under your user name. I often use the support 'Chat' built into ClickMeeting when I need help with how to do something.
