How has the Webex App evolved to meet the demands of hybrid work environments and virtual collaboration?

 The Webex App has evolved to support hybrid work by integrating advanced video conferencing, real-time collaboration tools, and AI-driven features like noise cancellation and transcription. It now offers seamless integration with various third-party apps, enhanced security, and flexibility for both in-office and remote participants, making it a comprehensive solution for virtual collaboration.

The Webex app benefits greatly from being part of Cisco's Collaboration eco-system. Cisco is a leader in collaboration devices and accessories, in addition to being one of the leading cloud-based collaboration platforms. This means that Cisco's devices (desktop video conferencing units, room systems, headsets) are all optimized to work with the Webex app. One cool feature is that the Webex app can automatically sense when an available room system is nearby, allowing an active meeting on the app to be seamlessly transferred to the room system at the click of a button. If you're working remotely on a laptop with the Webex app, you'll find that the controls for your Cisco headset or camera are integrated into the setup screens of the Webex app. This makes adjustments intuitive. Also, the team spaces inherent to the Webex app makes sharing files and conducting group IM conversations a breeze, across both the desktop and mobile apps. Coupled with the excellent noise reduction/cancellation capabilities of the Webex meetings platform, virtual collaboration between workers located in any environment feel natural and trouble-free. All of the unifying technology is in the cloud, and not dependent on specialized hardware or software at the edge.

Honestly, Webex has done a pretty solid job keeping up with what global teams actually need,it just doesn't always get the credit for it. Features like Engagement Tools , Audio Reliability , Massive Scale of members (in webinars), Breaking Language Barriers and many other features.

webex basically provided top features such as video conferencing, web conferencing, contact center as service applications and virtual classrooming.

Webex Meetings has adapted well to global virtual teams by making it easier to join from different time zones and devices and by offering reliable video and audio quality even with large numbers of participants It supports large scale webinars with features like host controls breakout sessions and moderated Q and A which helps keep events organized and interactive for both presenters and attendees

My name is Brittany. I would love to discuss with you Cordless.io about my Support and Experience Team. I would love to hear your thoughts further. Would you be interested in talking with me about it? I am proposing to my CEO and CTO and want to get someone already using this software while working with Cordless. How is the quality of calls? (VOIP perspective) What is something you find most exciting about the product? How is the support experience at Cordless? What do you find annoying right now about the product?

Hi Brittany, my name is Kristian and I work as the CX Operations Lead at Curve. We have worked with Cordless for a number of years now, firstly on our IVR, and then our entire telephone system. Cordless have been brilliant collaborators, and have provided us with responsive and insightful support over the years. I'll answer your questions below: Quality of calls: We have always been happy with the quality of the calls made through Cordless. They are clear, well recorded and transcript- generating from the IVR to the calls themselves. What we find exciting: Just the fact that they are an exciting, nimble, and capable team. We have found that the integrations that Cordless have been able to build for us most helpful. We are constantly trying to improve automations, and remove manual steps, and Cordless have helped us to this by improving the IVR, transcriptions, and helping us build helpful integrations with our CRM tool. How is the support: Echoing my sentiment above, the support is brilliant. If you have any issues, Cordless are quick to respond. They have taken feedback seriously, and constantly improve the service. What do we find annoying: I don't think annoying is a word I would use when describing Cordless. We have asked for even more integrations with our QA tool, as this would remove a step in the review process, but as I said before, this is feedback, and will likely be investigated and implemented. I hope this helps. I did try and send this response earlier, but it seems the G2 platform had a bug that prevented my response.
