As in any meeting, the topics should be interesting. It is useful that before the meeting, the participants know the topics to be addressed, that there is associated context documentation. Then within the meeting, promote the participation of all, that everyone can give their opinions, accept the initiatives and discuss them.

My business has to work with clients that use Slack, Webex Teams and Microsoft Teams.
Webex Teams is the most streamlined/integrated of all 3. It is easier to add people inside and outside of your own business AND then create a group specific Space. Remember for Small to Medium size businesses their employees are going to be collaborating with a greater quantity of 3rd parties than might a team in a large business/multi-national/corporate. Collaboration works best when you are able to easily involve external parties in a secure manner - Webex Teams does this very well.
I really like the integration with WebEx boards and the ability to move a conversation from a personal device to the WebEx board mid -call.
Origination of a WebEx meeting is simple and effective - though Admins must explain to users that Cisco offers multiple tools from which to join a Webex Teams meeting or regular WebEx. I fully expect Cisco to harmonise this and thus this issue will go away.
With regards to end user the collaboration experience with Webex Teams makes it the winner for our business.
On the cost of ownership:
With Slack and Microsoft Teams their big disadvantage is the need to 'spend' extra on IT resources and $ to integrate the room devices. You also have a higher on going support cost (multi vendor maintenance and trouble shooting), whereas with Cisco it is a single throat to choke.
Overall:
I'd say it is very much in the mind of the user as to which of the 3 services I mentioned are best (I favour Webex Teams, MS Teams and the Slack in that order). The biggest difference is going to be in cost of ownership and on that front I believe the Cisco answer is the winner.
