All email report data is false, and SharpSpring IT management themselves have admitted it to us. The "Email Report" tab data, Life Of The Lead data, and exported email report data all differ from one another. SharpSpring shows false clicks due to spam bots and these are unfilterable in the exported report due to the fact that it is crap data and SharpSpring's own upper management has admitted it to us. There's no accountability to fix any of it because these crucial and absolutely fundamental issues cross more than 1 department, so no one collaborates to fix them. SharpSpring's data integrity is among one of the worst I've seen. While Zoho was very simple when we were using it, at least the data was accurate.
Can you make it smart, so it wont consume the quota, if the browsers did not change network/Location so i wont lose quota, for example, i have sellers cashier, and i need to detect the IP, so can you not count on quota as its a new visitor , if its same pc and same connectio and location, another suggestion is why not making a configuration to allow overusage after qouta is usesd..
