The upgraded Webex Meetings is also a desktop ( Windows/Mac) app. All the upcoming meetings show up as a list, so now you no longer have to check outlook or any email app calendar.
Instant meeting startup is now only a button, which means its your own meeting room, and you can then start inviting people to join on the fly.
To broadcast the meeting, you also have a button to 'connect to a device', such as video conferencing. Video Conferencing is already integrated with Cisco's Proximity app, which means, any conferencing app with bluetooth or wireless can instantly connect to your meeting.

To record a meeting you must have enabled the option in the toolbar, however if you do not see it, you need to activate it in the configuration or maybe it is conditioned under the terms of acquisition of the license, that is, there are features that need an additional cost and they are not included in the basic license. Verify with the systems administrator.
