The upgraded Webex Meetings is also a desktop ( Windows/Mac)  app. All the upcoming meetings show up as a list, so now you no longer have to check outlook or any email app calendar. 

Instant meeting startup is now only a button, which means its your own meeting room, and you can then start inviting people to join on the fly. 

To broadcast the meeting, you also have a button to 'connect to a device', such as video conferencing. Video Conferencing is already integrated with Cisco's Proximity app, which means, any conferencing app with bluetooth or wireless can instantly connect to your meeting.

Not sure what you are asking. What are its benefits? It's a simple web meeting host - a platform to share documents, presentations, etc. over the internet with a large audience, live.
