Question on: vFairs
What's the best way to engage the audience?
How can we get exhibitors and attendees engagement more like they would do for an onsite trade show while walking down the aisle?

Hi Melissa,
This is a great question, thanks for asking! vFairs offers multiple features that were created specifically to foster more organic interactions between attendees and exhibitors. Items like live text, audio and video chat, meeting schedulers, custom booth designs, and gamification features all help increase meaningful interactions between your audience.
Your vFairs project team is a great resource to help maximize interactions given your specific event needs. They dedicate their time to ensure you hit your event goals, including number of interactions between attendees and exhibitors.

Provides both the external and internal facilities .

PheedLoop started as an in-person event platform. Depending on what you're looking for when using it hybrid, it could work. When I used it about a year ago, the mobile app and virtual/web interface did not work as seamlessly as I would have liked to see, but we didn't need the mobile app for our virtual event. For a hybrid event, I would definitely see where they've made improvements about connecting onsite attendees to virtual ones, if that's your need.
