If you haven’t done so yet, make sure to select the option that you want to do Breakout Rooms in your settings. Go to here: Settings > Meetings > Breakout Room: Toggle that Button on. If you want to assign participants to breakout rooms, Select the CHECKBOX to allow that during your meeting.

First off, ensure file transfer option is already on. personal: Settings >> Meeting >> FILE TRANSFER Toggle this option on to allow it to happen during meetings. Issues: I believe people have had issues with viruses being transferred this way, so please ensure your files are safe and secure before transferring files to other Participants. This will allow you to share files during meetings.

When you use Zoom, you are running a Zoom platform separate from the browser, but still using WiFi. When hosting a meeting, you and your participants access Zoom’s servers. I access Zoom thru Google Chrome. As any other applications on your computer, Zoom does require updates, so watch out for Zoom updates. The audio quality is related to the speed of your Broadband internet (WiFi connection) at the time You connect to your Zoom meeting. If your WiFi is good but your participants need WiFi is not, expect lag issues between audio and video.
