This option was recently applied to most conference staff who are currently being used in the office. Before we used complicated logistics so that everyone was in the same presentation room ... It really makes life a lot easier, especially in companies like mine, where each one uses a system on their established personal computer, as well as mobile devices.

From within a video conerence, screensharing is often restricted to just the host and I don't know how to change that when setting up and scheduling a meeting.

I want to basically hightlight or draw something on screen to explain to the one sharing screen so that I can make him understand what I m refering to on the screen instead if reading the text. Kind of a highlighter.
