How could we improve the usage of the tool ?
Every now and then I see a lot of secondary tools, integrations, etcetera on Teams, and it makes me wonder how we could use that to our advantage? Is there any recurring business helpful tool to keep in mind?
Microsoft teams sometimes show incorrect status for a person which is bothering as you are in a dilemma whether to connect to that or not.
eg: if a person is "available", teams show his/her status as "in a call"

Is there any possibility that they will implement a subscription promotion for the Zoom app?
It would be very good for the users who manage the application to have subscription promotions, as it would be very beneficial for those who work and frequently use the tool.
When I use Zoom, there are never any promotions from Zoom.
