Question on: Microsoft Teams
Teams always create a new group each time when there is more than 2 participants in a call
I feel frustrated because of this because it creates a lot of issues
I find that pretty cool because then if the other person leaves you can send messages to yourself in an easier fashion than how you do it to send it to yourself and it comes up with a popup.

Question on: Microsoft Teams
" during meetings there are times when you are required to be present on another meet so how do you solve that issue?"
when you have to attend more than 1 meet at the same time what do you do then
Use 2 diffrent browsers
Using the "Follow" RSVP Feature
Instead of just clicking "Decline" and missing out entirely, I use the "Follow" option (available in the newer Teams/Outlook calendar updates). This notifies the organizer that I can't attend live, but it signals the system to automatically send me a notification the second the meeting recording, transcript, and AI recap are published.

Leaning on Intelligent Recap & Copilot
If I miss a meeting, I never watch the hour-long recording. I go straight to the Intelligent Recap tab in Teams. If we have M365 Copilot enabled for the meeting, I open the prompt window and simply ask:
"Was my name mentioned?", "What were the action items assigned to my team?", "Did they make a final decision on the deployment date?" This allows me to extract the exact context I need in about two minutes.
