Question on: Loom
Is there any option to avoid the appearance of profile icon?
Whenever I start the recording, the profile icon appears on left bottom and I am closing it every time. This is not a problem it would be great if there is an option to disable it.
Yes. In the desktop app. you can hover at the bottom of the circle and click the X. This isn't a just profile icon though, it's also the camera view. You can chose to record the camera and screen or just the screen. Picking just the screen will make that circle go away as well.
Yes. When using the chrome extension there should be a small X in the upper left corner outside the profile image circle.

Question on: Hippo Video
How come logging in is so slow?
When I try to log in, it's really slow and sometimes it says "there's a problem. Please try again later. "How can I solve this problem? I mean I just ADORE HippoVideo and I think it is great...
Hi Sarah, thanks for the love. There were some login issues with certain browsers and devices a while back, but those were quickly resolved. If the issue persists for you, please write to our Support support@hippovideo.io

Screen/video controls
How do I remove the Hippo controls in the bottom right of the screen so it doesn't appear in my video?
Hi Lauren, you have the option to minimize the markup tool while recording in advanced settings. Uncheck the 'show markup tools' under the screen share settings so that the markup tools don't appear next time you make a video :)
