Is Technology Making Design Obsolete?
There’s no doubt artificial intelligence (AI) is finding a permanent home in several industries. Whether we’re using face ID to unlock our phones, a web mapping platform to find the optimal route back home, or built-in text editor software to make sure our emails are error free, AI technology is at play. It is revolutionizing the way that we work and how we go about our daily lives.

Digital Design for a Human World
Society evolves over time. Whether due to social, political, scientific, or technological occurrences, there are significant moments, such as the current global pandemic, that shift the way we collectively perceive and behave. Not exactly. On the one hand, its format- and features are compatible with Sketch. It has a similar interface, so the learning curve is instant. On the other hand, it has multiple unique features such as built-in icons and illustrations, AI tools, import of Figma files, etc.

Question on: Linearity Curve
Is Vectornator better than Procreate?
Is Vectornator better than Procreate?

Not better, necessarily, just...different. Vectornator's focus is solely SVG (Scalable Vector Graphic) -based design. There are a few non-SVG elements (like gradients), but all in all, it's really an SVG app.
On the other hand, Procreate has much more support for what we might call freehand art; it also supports raster- and pixel-based images. (which is something Vectornator does, too--it just has less of a focus in those areas.)
So in the end, it comes down to what you're doing. I personally will almost always choose Vectornator, but again, it's your choice.
