Hello Nadeem - Just select "Flipped" in answer list display order property and it will give you the desired results i.e. it will display the options as either 1,2,3 or 3,2,1.

Hi Maneesh! - I suspect your question relates to the survey authoring process and reducing the need for scripting, making more questions/experiences available out of the box? Additional clarification could help to best answer this, but with Survey Designer we’re constantly striving towards the reduced need for scripting and continually adding new respondent experiences to responsive rendered layouts.
