Additional clarification could help to best answer this, but with Survey Designer we’re constantly striving towards the reduced need for scripting and continually adding new respondent experiences to responsive rendered layouts. I agree and we've also had this as a barrier that we have not been able to solve. Wish it would use software that they normally use.
