Yes you can see the back end codes in Confirmit as well. There are separate folders created at the end for Themes, Question Skins and HTML styles used in the survey. All these scripts are view-able on the web browser as well when you right click on the survey page and click on inspect element. Responsive layout need improvement as it seems quiet stringent sometimes. A big thank you to Confirmit support for clearing my doubt , I have been naïve and unaware how to make best use of responsive layout. It is working for me now thanks for all the help. We have greatly extended our responsive survey layouts with lots of out-of-the-box capabilities ensuring a great experience irrespective of which device is used.
