Question on: Verizon Connect
[Worst customer service I have ever dealt with! You can't believe anything they say!](/discussions/worst-customer-service-i-have-ever-dealt-with-you-can-t-believe-anything-they-say)

I have been trying to get my upgrades, as well as add a couple of new vehicles since july of 2021. Here it is March 23rd 2022, and I just had another waste of an appointment, with lost revenue because of it! We have been a customer of this platform since it was owned by Fleetamtics. Back then we never had these issues. Complete incompetence in the customer service department!

Still more incompetence! Nobody has a clue, they just pass it on to a new person, without giving them an update on what's going on. Dabre davis, Kinisha Griffin, Candace Pflum, Gregory Bernadeau, Joseph Wicinske, Madyson Johnson, Brian Jackson, Gary Sonnier, Monica Fonseca, David Luber, Joel Nickels have all been informed, emailed, part of this issue. I don't understand why they can't get this done! They have no idea what customer service is!

The logic of any ready-made TMS solution is often built around dispatching, and the rest of the features for them are secondary. For example, most of the popular systems today do not provide comfortable tools for HR and lead generation, and this is a huge part of the work of the logistics business. In reality, each transport company has its own specifics (scale, geography of work, characteristics of cargo/customers, composition of the fleet, etc.), that is, it needs unique tools. Ready-made solutions cannot provide such customization.

Question on: Cargobase
[can we link with shipping line website ?](/discussions/can-we-link-with-shipping-line-website)

Currently, some shipping lines make direct approaches to end customers, such as CMA, Maersk line. we will refer to rate their Website. can this rate interface to Cargobase?

Hi Syahdanial, Thank you for your question. Happy to help! Ocean carriers can be added to your preferred pool of providers in order to allow them to submit quotes via Cargobase. Cargobase quoting APIs are ready to integrate with ocean carriers who have the capabilities available. Cargobase also offers MBL and container level tracking with all ocean carriers. Feel free to get in touch with us if you need further support.

Question on: Verizon Connect
[HOW TO GET OUT OF CONTRACT?](/discussions/how-to-get-out-of-contract)

JUST KEEP ROLLING OVER. WE HAVE TOLD VERIZON MULTIPLE TIMES WE NOT LONGER HAVE A VEHICLE.

You can't, really. getting out of the contract requires buying it out, which means paying the entire balance of monthly charges for the remainder of the contract. You're going to pay for it whether you receive the service or not, so you may as well ride it out. just pay attention to the contract end date as there is a narrow window to cancel. However, if you want to notify them that you do not want to auto-renew, you should be able to do that at any time. You may have to do that in writing though.
