Since SteelBrick is 100% Native on Salesforce, if you have someone that can administer Salesforce, that person can easily administer SteelBrick CPQ.

To administer SteelBrick CPQ, you don't need to be a technical expert, but it does help to have a basic knowledge of Salesforce and understand how the sales flows and configurations work. The interface is user-friendly, but some customizations may require a little more expertise.

There are times when 100% Native is neither advised nor possible. Salesforce themselves even advise the use of a Composite solution in situations where large, complex calculations requiring processor speed or Storage-intensive solutions are required. As many CPQ solutions will often require one or both of these features you should choose your system based upon its ability to efficiently perform the task in hand. A good composite system will deliver performance and lower cost storage without compromising the users Salesforce experience. Go to https://www.xait.com/xaitcpq/features

Native CPQ apps are delivered and hosted directly within Salesforce so users can leverage the Salesforce Platform for customization and administration, without a learning curve, and typically with higher user adoption. Many users say the experience is so seamless that they can’t tell where Salesforce ends and SteelBrick CPQ starts.
