Subscription Billing Software Discussions
As our customers grow we understand they may eventually need Netsuite or Intacct for more robust GL capabilities. There are a number of advantages to keeping SaaSOptics when you are considering such a change. One advantage is we can make the transition from your old to new GL system seamless.
SaaSOptics is designed to plug directly from Quickbooks or Xero to Netsuite or Intacct with no disruption to your billing, collections, revenue recognition, or SaaS metrics reporting. If customers elect to keep billing, collections, and rev rec in SaaSOptics, they can seamlessly push their customer records and invoices into the new system. We have found this saves our customers considerable time and money when they are in implementation. The next advantage to keeping SaaSOptics is our robust SaaS metrics reporting.
Customers may be surprised by the lack of true SaaS metrics available in Netsuite or Intacct once in implementation or live on the new platform. In some cases, the SaaS metrics provided are inherently based on GAAP numbers and simply re-labeled as “ACV” or “ARR.” When customers realize the metrics are not what they truly need, they are faced with the difficult decision of investing significant time and money for a customized build out of their metrics in their new system; or, reverting to excel. Neither of these solutions are designed to scale with their business. SaaSOptics provides these metrics out-of-the box through our analytic reports and empowers the actual day-to-day users with the information they need to run their business.

Hi Bernie,
Thanks for the question.
All our packages have fees deducted before paying out, however, on our custom plans, we invoice separately which would allow you to pay from an account of your choice. There is a minimum volume required to be on one of our custom plans, so if you wanted to discuss this with one of our team, please feel free to get in touch with us here:
