We use them for both recruiting and staffing. The database set up is different, as would be expected, but I love that we can use the same app for both of our services.

PCRecruiter serves both perm and contract placement firms (and many who do both). The system is also used by a number of HR operations, including some household names, but the direct-hire firms are a generally smaller percentage of our customer base.

Yes, they do. Understand, however, that their forte is with Applicant Tracking, not email.

Yes, PCR integrates with email. We employ a separate service for bulks, but are turning to use the PCR integration more and more.

PCR can sync with any IMAP/SMTP mail server for automatic logging and sending. We also have time-saving integrations with Outlook and Gmail.

Yes, there is an extension that you can capture profiles and upload them directly from LI without having to open PCR

Chrome has an add-on extension for PCR and LinkedIn. Very easy to use. Just be aware that when using any kind of inhaler app that you can expect to need to update the record before saving. For example, it will inhale the title as listed in LinkedIn, which may not be what you want in your system.
