Software buyers expect the companies they do business with to demonstrate their security posture now more than ever. According to G2’s 2021 Software Buyer Behavior Report, mid-market and enterprise business leaders say security is their topmost factor when making a software purchase decision, even above integrations, scalability, and 1-year return on investment. The vendors who care about meeting these customers’ security expectations and winning business are strengthening their security posture and providing verifiable proof.

Question on: ProcessUnity TPRM Platform
[What should I look for in a TPRM platform like ProcessUnity?](/discussions/what-should-i-look-for-in-a-tprm-platform-like-processunity)

What should I look for in a TPRM platform like ProcessUnity?

When evaluating a TPRM platform, the goal isn’t just to collect vendor data; it’s to scale your program efficiently. ProcessUnity is designed to help organizations do exactly that by combining automated workflows for onboarding, assessments, and approvals with a risk-based approach that prioritizes high-risk vendors. It also provides access to external risk intelligence through the Global Risk Exchange, along with flexible questionnaire and evidence management to support different vendor types and requirements. Continuous monitoring and reporting ensure that risk is tracked over time, not just at a single point. Ultimately, the biggest advantage is reducing manual effort so teams can spend less time on administrative tasks and more time making informed risk decisions.

Question on: ProcessUnity TPRM Platform
[What is third-party risk management software and how does ProcessUnity support it?](/discussions/what-is-third-party-risk-management-software-and-how-does-processunity-support-it)

What is third-party risk management software and how does ProcessUnity support it?

Third-party risk management (TPRM) software helps organizations manage the full lifecycle of vendor risk from onboarding and due diligence to ongoing monitoring. ProcessUnity supports this by combining workflow automation, centralized vendor data, and integrated risk intelligence in a single platform. Instead of relying on spreadsheets, teams can standardize assessments, automate approvals, and continuously monitor vendors over time. A key differentiator is the ability to combine internally collected data with external intelligence, giving organizations a more complete, real-time view of vendor risk rather than relying on static, point-in-time assessments.

Question on: Secureframe
[How are you getting value from the AI features when first-pass answers and automation feel hit-or-miss?](/discussions/how-are-you-getting-value-from-the-ai-features-when-first-pass-answers-and-automation-feel-hit-or-miss)

Part of why I committed to Secureframe was the promise that AI and automation would take some of the grind out of security reviews and task management. In practice, I see a big gap between that promise and what I can rely on day to day. First-pass AI answers on questionnaires and reviews are often incomplete or just wrong, so I still have to comb through and correct them before anything goes to a customer. Many questionnaire fields stay blank or are filled with guesses, and there is still a lot of manual work around task frequencies and explaining tasks clearly to my team. I find myself double-checking the tool instead of trusting it, which eats into the time I hoped to save. For those of you actively using the AI and automation features, how are you working around these accuracy gaps so they actually reduce your workload instead of adding another review step?

Have you explored Secureframe's library of templated policies approved by former auditors? These templates can significantly speed up policy creation and ensure they're compliant with SOC 2, saving time compared to building from scratch.
