To find targeted emails, lately I have been using free tier of Skrapp.io. On their email finder dashboard I just have to add the person's first and last name and the company that person works at. Their Chrome extension is helpful for finding emails via website and LinkedIn.

Have we ever considered adding a search functionality, outside of LinkedIn?
I feel like many decision-makers hide their Identities on LinkedIn, making it hard for Lusha to associate them with the data Lusha has mined. Adding this function would make for complete access to the information which Lusha has done so much to gather. There must be a lot not connected to LinkedIn profiles.

You're absolutely on point on this one. Lusha is a standard database where the contacts were mined in a large volume which gets pretty difficult for their AIs and people to manage. If it was me, I would suggest using a custom solution such as http://www.kat-i.com , every contact built by them is custom researched and highly targeted as they take up the extra process to telephone validate everything.
