I have a small business that's growing at a good pace. To manage the growing demand and the expenses, I am looking for a spend management software that can:
- Provide a centralized repository of procurement and purchasing data
- Manage corporate or procurement spend
- Include rules and workflows to approve purchases and payments
- Match purchase orders, supplier invoices, and payments
- Compare procurement budgets with actual spending
- Provide real-time reporting of spend transactions

I would recommend using BILL Spend & Expense. I've used it before, and it makes managing procurement spend and comparing budgets so easy.
I haven't had a use case for this yet I was just curious in case sometime in the future I feel it would make sense. Thank you for the clarification!
