Is either an iPhone or Android OS version available? Can I show clients my screen?

Both software, from my point of view, are very good, but I would like to read your opinions. Do you lean more towards one software over the other?

I’m helping a few IT teams compare remote desktop platforms speed really matters. These folks support end-users across different offices, and sometimes slow connections make support painful. They’re looking for tools that stay responsive even over weaker bandwidth and can handle high-resolution sessions without lag. So I pulled some data from G2 and user reviews, and here’s what stands out:

• TeamViewer: Consistently praised for low-latency performance and stable sessions across global networks, even on poor connections.
• AnyDesk: Lightweight client with a custom DeskRT codec built specifically for fast transmission and low bandwidth. Often mentioned by users as “snappier” than heavier tools.
• Action1: Cloud-native with high satisfaction (95%), known for quick connection setup and smooth sessions for IT teams managing many endpoints.
• Splashtop Remote Access: Balanced performance and price; users highlight its HD streaming and fast screen refresh rates.
• Zoho Assist: Easy to deploy and runs smoothly for small to mid-sized teams; less heavyweight than many enterprise tools.
• BeyondTrust Remote Support: Built for enterprise security but still delivers solid performance over VPN and restricted networks.

Syncro, ConnectWise Control, and LogMeIn Rescue are also often cited for high performance under heavy workloads.
