The Proposify editor does support copy/cut and paste functions, though we recommend that you clear any formatting of the text you're pasting, and that you paste a page or less at a time (this gives Page Flow a chance to sort the content correctly - this article in our Knowledge Base has more detailed info https://support.proposify.com/en/articles/1073165-copy-paste). There isn't a spell check feature, but the editor is compatible with a Grammarly extension or your web browser's spell check feature. I am not sure what you mean by automate systems. But it does work with some CRMs so that from the CRM it can populate templates with the data from the CRM, e.g. name of the client.
