Proposal Software Resources

We would like to gather our framework contracts in Oneflow. To easy share it with the organization and also set reminders for price adjusting and extending of contracts. However we find Oneflow lacking a lot. It's for example not possible to set an exact date for reminders (and change them after), the overwiew is not good and also we do not manage to add appendices after uploading the first time. How do you use Oneflow for this purpuse?

I'd like to extract old content and save it for potential use but not leave it in RFP 360 as it seems too provide too much content which isn't current.
