instead of 1 "catch all" Karma "bucket" implement "specific" buckets - i.e. @tester +++ for finding bug @dev +++ for fixing bug @tester +++ for automating testing of feature with this we could encourage / track team members for specific goals (finding / fixing bugs, automating testing) I would like to see it integrate with Confluence/Jira at some point, as long as there is some sort of ID associated with each, it's a good start.

Yes! Obie also works in the web with most modern browsers.
