What's the best way to see a balance after its showing a zero balance. In paypal
So I got funds ...but it's saying zero balance...why would that be?

It may take a while (perhaps a day or two) for transferred funds to be available (ie reflect in your PayPal wallet).

is there any chances to revoke the payment itself to the receiver ?
when paying and its already transferred and received and you had a mistake ,and want to take it back or revoke..

If there is a way to revoke the payment, but it should only be done in the event that an error has occurred with the product or service you purchased. Before placing a dispute in Paypal you must first contact the other person involved in the transaction. If you cannot solve the problem, you can raise the case to Paypal so that they are the mediators. You must do it with sincerity, Paypal will ask you for proof and you must have true and reliable arguments to be able to win the dispute and your money will be returned.
