Microsoft Authenticator is mostly second part in two factor authentication & then also code is also refreshed every 30 second or notification with limited time expiry. Most likely not it can be hacked untill your phone is compromised & password if also hacked, that means hacker has access to password & authenticator both.

At one time there was an option to steal a token, if that bad actor had the email and password, thus spoofing you authentication. Also there is a fake Authenticator App in the Apple App Store that is very similar looking to Microsoft's. That one I have not fully looked into, but it does throw off our less knowledgable users through a loop of unable to complete authentication setup.
