What Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Software Users Told Us: Summer 2022
The users of multi-factor authentication (MFA) software products have spoken. They’ve told us in MFA product reviews what they like, what they dislike, information about their implementations, the price, and more. I’ve analyzed the latest user review data that G2 has for the Multi-Factor Authentication category, which is based on MFA software user reviews through May 31, 2022. I picked the data points that would be of most interest to current MFA users and potential MFA buyers.

Ranking Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Software Based on G2 Reviews
Single-factor authentication, such as inputting a username and password to sign in to an account, is an outdated and insecure method of authenticating a user. Passwords can be and often are hacked and misused. Most modern companies require multi-factor authentication (MFA) to access user or business accounts for increased security. MFA software requires end users to authenticate their identity in two or more ways before granting access.

User Adoption is the Key to Calculating ROI for Security Solutions
The return on investment (ROI) is impossible to calculate for cybersecurity solutions. For such solutions, value isn’t found through dollars saved or deals closed; value is found in unobstructed disaster avoidance and a sense of trust for employees, partners, and customers.

Question on: LastPass
How do I migrate an employee's account from her personal email to her corporate email? An employee signed up with her personal email, now that we have an enterprise account, she wants to migrate her passwords to her corporate email. This far we have been unable to figure it out.

Export from the personal account and import to the corporate account.
Or create the corporate account, let the user link both accounts and migrate the corporate passwords the corporate account.

You don't need to. Just link the two together. Once you do that, she can move whatever passwords she wants into the Enterprise side.

We encourage our employees to 'Link" their personal accounts with the corporate one... that way when they are logged into the Corporate account they can still see all their personal stuff as well. It keeps it separate in case they ever decide to leave the company, they can just un-link it.

I don't believe you can migrate the whole account over, but once they have the corporate account they can link the accounts so they will only need one log-in. Each account will have its own set of folders, then you can move work-related items/notes/sites into the work account folders.

I wouldn't integrate it just link them that way she can keep her personal vault too. When she logs into the corp account there is a link on the left toolbar to Link Account. Then if she ever leaves the org she still has her personal vault but she can see both with either login after that. It can also be unlinked the same way.
