For example, if my business is only ready to implement a customer referral program now, can we do that first and add loyalty programs later?

Absolutely - Many of our customers start by implementing one rewards program and add subsequent programs over time. Once you’re fully integrated with SaaSquatch, additional programs can be easily added.

Are there any types of businesses that SaaSquatch might not work for?

We find that our platform may be overboard for early eCommerce stores that just want a basic referral program or coupon codes for one-off sales. However, once you have a returning customer base that you want to engage with more and segment to provide more targeted programs and offers, we may be a better fit at that time.
