It would be nice to see Ujet in its fullest potential use with all the bells and whistles it can productively handle.

For Chat, UJET offers chat shortcuts, statistics, transferring, agent notifications (and timeouts), customer information packets, and smart actions (Verification, Videos, and Pictures). We're going to continue to add to these throughout our product roadmap. To ensure you're using them to the fullest potential, please reach out to your UJET admin and your UJET Customer Success Manager.

Question on: Salesforce Essentials
[What are the ways to integrate Salesforce with ActiveCampaign](/discussions/27073-what-are-the-ways-to-integrate-salesforce-with-activecampaign)

When trying to link my Salesforce account with ActiveCampaign, I encountered a pay-wall that required me to pay $10 for the integration if I wanted to import contacts automatically from ActiveCampaign to Salesforce. I was wondering if there is any way to go around this and set up the integration without having to pay the $10 per month.

Hi Alexander, There's no fee associated with integration Essentials with Active Campaign. Active Campaign begins at $9 a month though. Please see their pricing here: https://www.activecampaign.com/pricing/.
