For some users with not so good internet connection or high end machines will benefit in using a stand alone app maybe a java based one. In this modern day age, there are still some users that may have slow connection thus a pure web based app maybe a challenge for them or an outdated machine to be used for day to day work.

Hey Hector, thanks for the idea! Java and older machines are backwards facing and in contrast to our hardware requirements. Instead, we'll see how we can lower any requirements in a sclable way. Thanks!

Normally, calls between customer - agents come with a little delay, it is not significant to be an inconvenience but, can make a call a little bit frustrating for customers

We pride ourselves and having the best call quality as a VOIP CCaaS provider. If delays are happening, we want to help eliminate them through local network changes and can help you test. Please reach out to your local IT manager as well as email support@ujet.co and we can see why and eliminate latency in calls.
