A company that offers a service which sounds great but needs much attention to detail about its execution. The people who are client-facing need to spend more time in understanding a lot more about the client's business before they start looking for suitable campaign candidates. It seems there's no real selection process when it comes to offerings that are different from e-commerce i.e. companies with service offerings. It seems they focus more on their technology rather than what results it would yield based on the targets. The customer service seems very disingenuous and I felt like my money is being taken with a smile but without the feeling that I got something back.
